Got a late start and considered just bagging the run this morning but I have to get back to the point where, no matter what, every day starts with a run.  Right ankle and achilles were a little more tender but the pain was manageable.  Felt good otherwise.

Dang ankle and achilles! Keep it easy for a while and get healed up.

Good job getting it done Andy. I always regret it if i bag a run. Especially as i'm driving to work and seeing all those other runners out on the road.

On your advice/non-advice I will run a few miles tomorrow at marathon pace and then 2 of my 6 miles on next Tuesday at marathon pace. Thanks Andy! I hope you know I'm just playing with you, even though I'm serious about the upcoming runs and paces. Whether you like it or not, your advice is huge for a lot of people on the blog.

Cal...with all your noon time runs I was wondering if your job was professional runner...
