Helped at a local race this morning so no running. Should be able to get in this week's "long" run tomorrow morning.

Not a lot to report. My girls and I got there early and helped set up. We manned the turnaround for the 2 mile walk and then my girls clipped chips at the finish line. Kind of wished I would have just put the long run in.
