First 3 miles felt like they were in slow motion. Really couldn't get the body to move right. Dropped the pace to the low 7's and it felt a lot better. Still felt a little clunky.

Sounds like some perfect taper miles. Everyone feels weird running during taper because we are out of our normal routine.
