Feeling a little better.  I am pretty comfortable at 8:00/mile pace but once I go under that I can start to feel it in my lungs.  I'm going to take it easy until I'm feeling 100%.

Oh man, I hope you start feeling better. It's no fun trying to run while you're sick.

Sounds like a good plan. BTW, your "bummer lungs pace" is my "extreme puke pace".

I think you are smart to not run fast until you are 100%. You need to be careful this week the pollution is going to be really bad... I know your lungs will not like that.

Very smart!!

Hope you are feeling better by the minute.

(when is San Diego?)

From Andy on Tue, Jan 13, 2009 at 11:44:43

Teena - We leave for San Diego Saturday morning. The weather reports look really good. Unfortunately, I don't think that I'll be running at all while we are on vacation.
