Warmed up with 3 easy miles then ran 4 miles at tempo pace.  Was really reluctant because I did not feel like I was capable of running at a faster pace today.  Turned out better than I expected.  Averaged 6:26/mile and felt surprisingly good.

I decided to use the first mile as a test to see how it would go. It felt like 7:00/mile pace but came in at 6:26 so I decided to go with it. This cold air is wreaking havoc with my internal speedometer.

Wow, well then, you are a fast dude. Usually in the winter I loose a bit of fitness and slow down. But not you! Nice!
