Did an easy out and back on the LPT.  Ran the first 6 miles a little slow then started to pick the pace.  Started feeling better and better as the run progressed.  Ran the last mile in 6:55 and it was very easy.  Physically I am starting to feel really good.  I just need to flush out the mental garbage and start seriously training again.  I'm going to jump into Pfitz's plan and follow it through SGM.

NICE mileage on a Tue. Are you going to stay with the 70/18 and tweak it with more hills?

Smooth - I think so. I will replace one of the weekly MLR's with a hilly run between 8 - 10 miles.
