Deviating from the schedule a little because of last weeks missed long run.  I was a little gun shy going into this run after my troubles during the last 20 miler.  Did an out and back on the LPT.  Started out nice and easy and gradually picked up the pace. After my body warmed up and I got going I felt really good.  Started having some hamstring tightness between miles 13 and 17 but felt great other than that.

I am glad this one was better than the last! I am sure it was the vacation that helped!

Very nice!!!!

(Perhaps you took on some of Kathie's hamstring pain for her ... what a gentleman!)

Nicely done, Andy. Very cool.

Hey, do you know where the LPT begins up north? I'd like to go run it, but I'm not sure where it starts.

Sounds like a successful run.

Glad no dehydration issues and a much better 20 miler today!

Are you sure the hammy tightness wasn't sympathy pain for Kathie?
