The temperature dropped and the roads where super slippery.  Since there is no way I am going to get any runs in this week that resemble speed work, I decided to run a hilly route today to stimulate the muscles.  Ran up 1800 South to the mouth of Mueller Park canyon.  Didn't work as hard as I should have but it was a good run.

How could you not work hard running up 1800. I think for one of my PM workouts I am going to snow shoe up to elephant rock...just need to talk hubby into letting me go after the Mountain Lion incident.

Andy, you should invest in snow shoes for these nasty runs. Kathie, be careful out there. Dale is talking about bears; you about lions; now we just need someone to have a tiger story. Oh my!

I have a deer story! I know, not as exciting, but hey, I live in deer country. They practically own my road.

Andy, AWESOME hill run! Snowy hilly runs = HARDCORE!!!!

Rhett - I've heard plenty of tiger stories the past couple of weeks and am getting tired of them.

Nice job on the run! :)

I don't know how you all do it when it is this stinkin' cold and dark.
