It is starting to get cold.  It's not uncomfortably cold yet but it is getting there.  I felt pretty good this morning and feel like I'm starting to climb out of this slump.

I think winter is about to hit us full force this week. Glad to hear you are feeling good.

I'm glad you are finally feeling better, and I agree the harsh winter is just around the corner.

Do you usually run in the dark or are you able to go after sun rise? I can't seem to get myself out in the mornings lately. I've been training at night.

Good to hear you starting to head out of the slump. Wait till the snow starts to fall. I am sure you will pick up the pace just to keep warm.:)

Glad to hear you had a good start of the week...beating the "slump".

Does this mean you are reconsidering the Turkey Trot? I'm hopping to run it.

From Andy on Mon, Nov 24, 2008 at 19:14:31

Fly - I don't think that I'm ready to race right now. If it is decent weather I am going to bring my girls for the 1k so maybe I'll still see you there.

You must have pulled out the parachute pants!! :)

Glad you are feeling less slumpy.
