Nothing exciting, just running. Left knee and right ankle are sore but the pain was manageable once I warmed up.It was almost 20 degrees warmer this morning that it was yesterday morning. Crazy weather.

crazy weather indeed. i went out in gloves and immediately threw them off after realizing how warm it was. great miles today.
