I'm going to run reduced mileage this week so that I can be ready for the TOU 1/2.  Tried to pick up the pace for 1 mile but there was no pep in my legs.

Good luck on Saturday, I am sure the pep will be back in your legs by then

I'm with Paul and Kathie!

You will rock it on Saturday!!! Can hardly wait. I am so tempted to drive down there just to see all of you come in.

Do you think you have it in you to set another PR just a few weeks after Provo? Smart thining on taking it easy this week. How's the ankle?

Good luck at TOU 1/2 on Saturday. I just looked at Sasha's race time predictor and it says TOU is about a minute faster. Is this true? Are you shooting for another PR?

Andy, Do you know anything about the 1/2 on Legacy Parkway (it's on the highway not the trail) that is this weekend? I'd like to run it because it is close and convenient, unfortunately my wife works this Saturday and finding a sitter for early morning is a pain....

From Andy on Tue, Aug 25, 2009 at 19:56:25 from 198.60.114.178

Probably not going for a PR. We'll see what the morning brings.

Jeff - I probably know about as much about the 1/2 on Legacy as you do. I signed up for TOU before I knew about it otherwise I may have run it instead. It should be a fair course with only a few gradual ups and downs. If I weren't racing I would offer by baby sitting services. Sorry.
