I slept in until 8 this morning.  I can't even remember the last time I slept in that late.  I guess my body needed the sleep more than it needed the run today.  Too much going on today to get a run in.  I feel like such a slacker.

A day off will not hurt ya Andy, infact it does a body good, enjoy it! You are not a slacker, you are very dedicated and human at the same time, have a good one.

Andy, I slept in today, too. By the time I got up it was too late to run.

You must have needed the extra rest. I'm sure you will feel great tomorrow and will be glad you got the extra sleep.

I'm so glad you're human and sleep in for a change. :)

What the heck? When I looked this morning you had no runs logged for the last week and now I can see them. I even refreshed my browser and everything. Strange things are afoot on the fastrunningblog. sorry about the previous comment....I guess you been runnin.
