I am going to run a few miles with somebody from work tonight so I only put in 5 this morning. I looked out the window this morning and saw a pile of snow so I threw on my jacket before heading out. I ended up being a little over dressed. Other than a little tightness in my right calf, everything felt good.

Nice and easy 6 mile run on the JRP with friends from work. I think they are going to do this once a week and I may join them for the extra mileage on recovery days. Nice weather and nice conversation. I'm sure my heart was beating abnormally fast for the pace I was running.

Just a friend who I attended a soccer game with last year. Was supposed to be just the 2 of us but others will be joining us for a group run. Not a big deal because I may have something else in the works :)
