Talked myself into taking today off to let my left foot heel. I just couldn't do it. I had to get out and run. Decided to take it very easy and not put in too many miles. My foot feels a lot better than it did yesterday. I used a golf ball to roll it out last night and it really seemed to help. After about a mile, it really didn't hurt at all. My left achilles and right calf were a little sore, though. Was only going to go 5 but felt good enough to stretch it to 7. Kept it at a pretty comfortable pace. Total Time: 55:18 (7:54/mile) |
