My foot's almost feeling normal.  I can't figure out why I could barely walk the other day and it is feeling alright just a couple of days later.  My form felt awkward but at least the pain was minimal.  I ran the KMart loop twice.  I still can't decide if it is alright leaving the kids at home while running the longer loop.  I'm still within 2 miles of home and they are asleep.

Andy....you are probably fine leaving the kids at home. We do the same thing each Saturday when we run a bigger loop and pass by the house every 4 or 6 miles. During the week we run a smaller loop and pass the house every 1.5 miles. Two years running and no problems yet. Glad to hear the foot is feeling better, hope it stays that way.

Andy when Kim and I go out in the mornings when our kids our asleep we just make sure they know what's up and leave a little note and phone in a prominent location in case they wake up and need to call for any reason. So far it's worked out pretty good.
