Felt a little sluggish this morning. I ran the same mileage as yesterday, it took 1 second longer and my average heart rate was exactly the same. How's that for consistency?
Okay, weird. You felt sluggish but heart rate the same. I really think that our heart rate zones change each day, depending on what we did the day before. I've had MAP tests done and so I know exactly what my Anaerobic Threshold is but by feel, it changes day to day. Anyway, food for thought.
THAT's a GOOD JOB in my book. Mr. Consistent! Can I call you STEADY EDDY instead of Andy? ONE second? I think your finger was just a tad bit slow this morning, that's all. Better work on that! :D
