A little better each day.  Not quite there yet but can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was tempted to run by the site of last night's refinery explosion because all of the news crews were there and I wanted to show off my "new guns" (I hope you all realize that I'm joking when I talk about my bulging biceps).

Light is always good! :)

Did you take it nice and easy this morning or did you push the pace a bit?

BE CAREFUL!!

Man, I wanted to show of my guns also. But here we are, stuck in this cold weather, and we have to cover them up:)

Andy your blog is much spicier than mine. Guns showin' and what not.

7.1 miles??? I saw that on Kathie's blog once and I don't get the 0.1. Is it like money in the bank, every little counts?

I'm glad you're seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Does that mean you'll be training for some big race soon?

I'm glad I can cover up my guns and I'm not going to San Diego anytime soon. My guns more sagging than bulging.

Had you run by without telling us in advance so we could DVR you and your guns on the news, we would have all been disappointed. :)

Smooth - I just report what the Garmin says (with a tiny bit of rounding sometimes). There are a few loops that I regularly run and none of them end at exact mileage. I don't have any big race plans yet but am starting to get the itch to run fast again. Actually, I'm jealous of how well Fly and Rhett are doing and I'm only getting slower.
