Nothing exciting.  Just a run.

**REVISED**

I guess my original blog entry was not sufficient for some so I will take another crack at it.  I woke up and got a couple of hours of work in before getting ready to run.  While it was cold outside, it is much warmer than I would expect this time of year (running pants, long sleeve shirt and gloves were perfect).  As I was putting on my shoes, I noticed that my right foot hurt a little more than normal.  It is taking more time for it to recover from the trail run than I would like.  Headed out toward the LPT.  I haven't run there for more than a month.  Started out slow while I gave my body a chance to warm up.  Gradually picked up the pace.  Kept it in the comfortable range until the last 2 miles where I sped up a little more.  I have no idea what the pace was because I have been running naked (watchless) since the marathon.  Numbers are not important right now.  Just focusing on the effort and how it makes my body feel.

What can I say when you are so descriptive. Maybe you should have Smooth write your blog...she would be able to find something exciting to write about.
