I've been fighting off a cold for the past couple of days but it may be winning the battle.  I started getting a sore throat and stuffy nose last night and felt  pretty worn out when I woke up this morning.  I really didn't want to run but since Smooth did it yesterday when she was feeling the same way I figured that I better get out too.  I left my watch at home and just put in an easy 6.

You got sick for bagging on BYU! It's magic! Hee, hee! :0) Really, I hope you feel better.

Nice job getting out Andy even though you didn't feel like it, sometimes that's the toughest thing to do!

You can never go wrong following Smooth's example!! She will NEVER lead you astray!! One of a kind that lady is!
