well this is the first time I will have posted in a very long time. Today I had a race. It wasn't very good, I got 2nd to last and a solid 2:15 800 time. It was hard and I forgot how hard it was to race that. My first lap was fast and very good, but then I did bad and had a very slow second lap, oh well I am going to qualify for state for some stuff in the next two meets.

AM - It was pretty difficult for just an easy run but good

PM - 1600 time trial today. What a run! It was pretty beast running a 4:48, not my best, but with how I had been feeling as of late it was still exciting. Plus my 200 was super swag. Felt real good today.
