Married, no kids, 3 cats. Grew up in AZ. Now I live in New England.
I did 3 x 800 for kicks. I know I don't have the fitness for a true speed workout, but I need to break up the monotony. 3:15, 3:11, 3:08 with 1/4 mile jogs in between.
