Took a couple of days off; mostly due to a 2 1/2 day military training exercise.   I was pretty tired anyway, so the forced rest was nice.  It was about 32 degrees and calm today.  Excellent New England weather considering it's February.  4.05 miles.  29:48. 7:21/mi. 148 BPM.

River Cove Road.  35 degrees.  Another mild winter day in Vermont.  I ran a little harder today.  I got tired quickly, but I'm pretty happy with how quickly my fitness is returning.  the 3 quick miles were 6:51, 6:51, 7:08.  total run 4.07 miles. 29:16. 7:11/mi. 155 BPM.

Played racquetball for a couple hours.  Entering my first tournament in years.  I don;t think I'll run and play RB on the same day.  I do not want to risk overdoing it.
