Indoors at St. Mike's, 4.5 miles, 35:39, 7:55/mi, 136BPM. My right calf started to tighten up, so I cut the run short. The indoor track is just a mezzanine above the basketball courts in the main gym. It's concrete with no rubberized surface. It's not much better than running on a sidewalk. I need to closely monitor my calves and knees while I train indoors. |
