I ran 7 all by myself this morning. The run was not my best, but I am glad I went. I love the feeling I get after I run.

Wow- way to get out there by yourself this morning! Great job! You should come meet up w/ us on Sat. mornings. The time always changes a little, but I'll try to remember to post it on Friday nights for you & Mik'L. There's been about 9 of us at different paces & going different distances, but its nice to meet and start with a group. Have a fun weekend!

I'm not girl crazy... I just use it as a disguise so that you can't see my fun, nice, awesome side. lol! No, I just was in a weird mood last week from all of the extra dating I did. I went from hardly any at all to 3 in one week! Well, keep running!
