I ran a warm up lap with the girls track team. Then did some sprints and abs for my throwing work out. This year the people who throw are going to work out also. I ran the bank 5 miler. I felt bad for not lifting with the other people who are going to throw this year, so I lifted a little.

Thanks! Good job getting your run in today AND throwing AND lifting, you're so awesome! Love you, too. :)

Ya, it makes me sleepy too. I always fall asleep in the last period of the day, but I guess its all good. Sasha suggested the 60 miles, so I'll try it and see how i'm feeling next week. I hope I don't die, but if I do, you can have all of those miles. I probably won't need them then. K. Good job! lifting is good.
