I have become lazy. Between school, track, work, and homework I cannot find the time to run. I will start running again soon, because I love running. We have a Friday/Saturday track meet this week.

Track Meet Goals

25 feet in the shot

70 feet in the jav

65 feet in dics

I don't know if i am throwing all three in this meet.

Thanx! I'm 17 now, so i'm not the oldest jr, but i'm getting there. You need to get back into running. Runners can get this serious disease from not running. It's where your legs fall off from being so bored. Jk! :) Also, I hope u do good in your meet!

Good job on your throws at the meet - and running most of the throwing events. You're awesome and I love you!
