The last two days I just felt super lazy and I didn't run at all.  So today was starting out to be a day like that and then I started feeling ashamed for not being dedicated to my sport and for just being a wimp overall.  I decided to go run the sunset tire foremaster six miler run because last time I ran it that run kicked my booty, so I wanted to sort of overcome that.  I did a lot better this time and only really stopped once which was at the top of foremaster hill for a drink from the hose.  My knee had been killing me lately so I think that the two days off may have helped some because I could hardly feel it today.  I am also starting to get sick I think, which isn't good, but I will rest up and drink lots of orange juice tomorrow.

I love you, Ally! You are amazing to just up and run crazy 6-milers like that - hope to see you at XC some more! It's a party!
