So I bought some sweet trial shoes and a speedbelt at Golden Harper's store in Provo so I could start doing some more trail running.  I ran up in the mountains today on the Laie falls trail.  It was really pretty!  Then I cut through Laie park when I got back down to add on an extra loop, of about a mile probably, instead of going straight home.

That sounds so nice... how's the weather there? ;) We're doing the fundraiser tomorrow and I wish you were there like last year. Those were good times. Miss you and love you!!!
