Same run we do every monday.  I ran with Ruth Zac and RJ right behind Josh Jeff and Bake until we got to the first big hill and then I dropped back. Took a rest stop at the trailhead by the Dixie Center.  Ran last two miles by myself until Ross Decker came and helped me pick up my pace for the rest of the way. Overall it was a pretty okay run, though I did get a gnat in my eye and I think I might have inhaled one.

Yummo... gnats. Awesome job this morning, sorry I didn't wait until you guys got back, but I have cousins at my house. Sounds like you got some good protein to start out your day.

Ha! I thought I was the only routinely swallowing small bugs (not sure if they're gnats or what). Glad I have company here. It's pretty gross, but hardly harmful. It's just annoying when you're running tempo, breathing pretty hard, and they fly right into the back of your throat. Nothing compared with the bee that bit Deena Kastor's throat during the marathon!

Don't let those gnats make you gfat.
