Ran with PVXC again.  Started out with an easy 2.5 ish miler, we were supposed to run with a buddy.  Ruth was my buddy but apparently I smelled bad or something because she left me, so I ran with Jeff the whole way.  Thanks for being understanding Jeff.  Then we did 5 barefoot striders on a soccer field and it was fantastic and great and then we jogged back to the elementary school.  I felt good today but my knee was killing me because I bruised it on something yesterday and it hurts to bend.

Sorry I ditched you... you can kick me tomorrow if you want. I don't really know why I did it, I just was going with the flow of running or something. Plus I thought you were right behind me until we got to the hill and you weren't. I guess these are all just excuses 'cause I feel real bad for being so mean. I really am sorry. I love you! :)
