Killer!  We ran a mile warm up to the bottom of Webb Hill, stopped, then ran a timed run (1 mile) to the top by the towers.  MAJOR MAJOR UPHILL.  It was really hard but fun doing something other than a distance run or repeated hills.  I got about 10:30 stopping once for about 15 seconds.  Afterwards we ran back down, got a drink and ran half way up again.  Then a one mile cool down back to where we met.  Overall I really had fun running this day!

What is our WB team's name? I think it might be Roadkill, but I'm not sure...
