I went on the foremaster six miler but I was such a big wussie today that I am only counting five miles. The first two miles I felt great and then I kept stopping and each time I started running again I felt heavy and more sluggish. And then I started feeling sick and started being an even bigger wuss and so I walked backwards up foremaster hill instead of running it. Then my mouth got all parched and I felt dehydrated so I walked some more. I probably walked about a full mile this run. I think my suckiness of today has to do with that ice cream I ate last night, how I didn't eat anything before my run today, how hot it was, how I am not in the shape I would sometimes like to think I am, and how sometimes I am a baby when it comes to hard runs. Overall this run pretty much kicked my butt! |
