Ran down riverside dr, turned right on mall drive and ran all the way up until red cliffs drive.  turned right and ran down to 2450, all the way down that street and then home.  Im not sure how far that was exactly but i knew it was in between 3 and 5 miles.  I felt really good today, the weather was AWESOME for running.

Truly, the weather was perfect: just a bit cool and overcast with a little breeze. Ah, if only every day was that perfect. Instead we have triple-digit weather to look forward to! Yay for heat exhaustion. Do you want to run together on a 8-9 miler tomorrow? If yes, what time?

Hey ruthie, I would love to go with you but I think you forgot that I just barely started training again so right now an eight miler would pretty much kill me. I'll probably only go five or six, so sorry maybe next time!

Oh man...I'm sorry too!
