I'm putting in 2 miles because it was a 2 mile effort even if i didn't run that much.  It was hills today but I came to practice late so everyone had already gone off on the run, so coach k took me into the fitness center and stood by me while i ran hills on the treadmill.  it actually wasn't bad, i think i only did 5 in the end because I got wimpy.

I just found out my time from the race last saturday, 20:53!  That is a minute faster than the week before. Alright!

Hey Ally! Thanks for all the encouragement. The races last weekend were a lot of fun. The bus is so crowded now, but that is because of a good thing. I don't know what college I will go to, maybe Utah State. I have been raised with BYU so that has always been something to think about. Hawaii sounds fun and it sounds like you are having fun. Keep up that college running :) and again thanks for the encouragement.
