First day of senior year, oh yes.
50 minutes. 15 warm, 5 strides, 2(3x60sec) hills, cool back to high school. We did old man hills. I struggled on the striders. I didn't drink one ounce of water today & coach freaked us out at the beginning of practice about heat stroke & everything so I was scared lol. Once we got through the striders we started the hills & I was struggling to keep up with the pack. Then after we did 2 for some reason I started leading & really pushing myself. Hills are so easy probably cause I have long legs. The last couple we were just trying to pack and that was fun. We stole some water from someone hose & shade from their tree. Then a run back. A nice day overall.
Another thing! I got a letter from Preston today! It was so nice, it was from his very first week in the MTC & we've been emailing so it's cool to read his emails now & see how well he's doing compared to how he was doing at the beginning.
