60 minutes. We had a workout of 2(3x80 sec) hill repeats. We ran down this long hill for 15 minutes then did our workout then ran back up it. I felt so amazing today. Every single one I was out front leading. I made a goal to chill behind everyone until we passed under this tree arch thing then just go all to the wall. Before the 5th one Roberts told me to drive my knees and that helped ample amounts. My goal was to just keep getting farther on every one & I did except the last one but I wasn't upset. It felt so good. On the way back up the hill I kept having to stop to stretch my calves because they were so so tight. & that's the first workout I've ever actually believed that I was gonna pass out after. Oh man it was a good feeling.
Camp overall was the best ever. I really bonded with a lot of people that I've just been decent friends with & I became really good friends with people I thought I didn't like lol. I'm gonna miss it so much next year but I'm ready to kill this season & actually be a contributor to my team.
