Have NOT been feeling good (pretty much this entire trip) but especially today. We went white water rafting early in the morning til like 4 but by the time we got back I just can't move. But I'll see what happens if I start to feel better tonight I'll try and get in even just a short one
Ended up going only 20, so like my afternoon run without a morning run. My breathing was not good and my stomach was not cooperating very well but we kept a good pace and my legs felt really good. Hoping to feel better tomorrow morning and be able to do my run tomorrow
