Today was a killer workout. 15 minute test thing. I got 1 mule and 1440 meters. I ran with Josie the 1st mile and we were gradually gaining on people. When we caught up to kaelie she stayed with us and we ran the last 1440 meters together. We were all pushing each other and it was really great! We sped up a little when coach said 3 minutes left but I don't feel like I went as fast as I could have. I had my watch with me and when it said 15 seconds left I pushed it real hard. It was a good run. Felt good.

We had 1 mile there and 1 mile back an yeah so it was good.

Today we did the 30/30s. It was good. I ran around 30 something times. My distance didnt seem hard enough. I feel like I might of been able to go farther. I ran a warm up 1 MILE. I didn't have one to do a cool down because of kids club but I think I ran around enough times to make up for that. My calf started feeling tight after the run an kids club so I rolled and stretched it.

Kids club was fun with the race and such.
