15 minutes warm up. Then 10 repeats of 150 meters. There was lightning so we had to do them inside the school. It was so hot. I felt really good on them though and pushed myself really hard. Sprinting workouts are my kinda thing. Also we named all the words that end with the -ate sound. There's a lot. Also I got all my grades up so basically I don't have to go to school anymore
