We had old man hills today. 8x400. Not a successful workout. My Achilles really just won't feel better. I'm not sure what to do, I've been taking better care of it then I usually do. Maybe I still need to amp that up even more. I'll do it because I'm planning on qualifying for state at pv invite and that's definitely going to happen. Now I'm driving to salt lake for Easter break.

I'm not sure how your Achilles is feeling, but I've had a lot of Achilles problems before and every time in my experience pushing harder makes it worse. I usually found that it appeared after either I ran on sand a lot or ran a lot of uphills, so I would just ice a lot, take a day off, and run mostly flat roads and it'd feel better.
