We drove out to hurricane and ran a trail out there. It had lots of hills. I turned around to get 69 instead of 70 because my achillies has been bothering me lately. Right at the mile marker to say we had 1 mile left I ate it so hard. My hip down to halfway of my upper leg is all scratched and my knee is quite swollen. Live and learn lol
