Pretty sad that this is only my 2nd blog update this month but hey.

1 mile warm/cool and we did thousands on the track. We had 1, 2k and 1, 1k. I got 8:10 and 4:03(i think). On the 2k I started out with Mia and Liz and stayed with them the first 3 laps. On the fourth lap Mia started making a gap between both me and Liz and Liz started to push up too. I tried to stay with Liz best I could so i finished barely behind her. On the 1k I fell behind more with Ali. We pushed each other pretty much the whole way. Today was a good workout though.

May I make a suggestion? Instead of 1, 2k and 1, 1k, write 1x1000, 1x2000. It makes more sense. That is all. Love you dearly.
