Long run!!!! And Roberts came!!!! And we did my favorite loop ever!!!! We had 60 min with 1,2,3,2,1 min pickups with equal recovery and striders after. Such a solid run. We ended with a smaller group than normal but it was still way way good. And striders felt amazing. My legs were completely beat (as were like everyone else's, this week was hard apparently) but it felt very good.
