As per my bff collin's request, I've returned!!!! 2 treadmill miles today. I missed my first class to take a test & do homework so I could run after classes before work. I've actually gotten like 6 hrs sleep over the past 2 days so I'm feeling good lololol. Anyway I started out at 10 min pace for the first .5 then the next .5 I did 9:15ish & kept bumping it til I got to 7 min pace. It felt good & my endurance is nowhere near as bad as I thought it was so I can start running farther, yayyy. Life's so frkn good rn
