AM- it felt wonderful & was a bit rainy and just perfect weather. Achillies hurt a small amount
PM- 5x3min with equal recovery & 10 min warm/cool + weights. These were okay. Another big mental gain for me, I was only going to do 3 because of my achillies but it felt good so I kept going. I fell off a little on some of them but mostly stayed good. The last one I fell back like 75 meters from the pack and with 400 meters to go I got my crap together and caught up to Ellie by the end it felt so good, although I should stop talking about running altogether in my home because nothing good ever comes from it. Oh well. Good workout.
