AM- easy my legs were freaking tired until like we got off the main road on the way back. Also the sunrise was completely amazing this morning

PM- dope swag adventure run with some dope swag 200s afterwards. ready to go beast and feast at dope swag Murray tomorrow. Still sad we aren't going to herriman, won't be able to see my sick lehi friendz but it's okay we'll have a splendid time
