45 min with striders. I felt really really good today. Josie was back & we talked all about her trip most the time. We were the only level 3's there so we just ran back with the level 2's and added on. Then did 6 striders, they probably weren't the right length cause there wasn't a lot of space where we were. Oops. My body is really sore and really tight but I'm excited that I'm finally feeling like I'm back into shape!!!!
