60 min long run. I had work this morning and the girls ran early so I had to run on my own. But at work I fell and broke my tailbone, not even kidding it hurts so bad. When I got out it hurt really bad but as I kept going it started to feel a little better. I tried to do some fartleks but that made it hurt incredibly bad so I skipped the rest of those. I just went out mustang pass then turned around and back to my house. It actually felt SO good outside. It's finally starting to be fall.
