Warm-up to harts (1.5) then we raced 2 miles. I felt I did really good. I started out right behind Dani but after passing her caught up with Megan and we took turns pushing each other. I felt especially confident on the hills. At the last stretch Ali was a little bit in front of me and Megan and then I kicked it in and caught up to Ali. She barely beat me and I came in as 4th girl with a time of 14:45 I think. Maybe it was 14:24. I'm not sure except I think it was the first one. Then harts cool (1.5). I didn't do striders because my ride was leaving me, but I have soccer practice at 9:30 and were doing the beep test so maybe coach won't hate me. Overall I think I did good today.

I don't hate, you did very well today. You truly have some awesome potential in running.
