AM- grass run. My legs were super tired and I just didn't have it in me today. I've been fine the past few days with my sickness and whatever but when I started to run I coughed a lot more and whatever so I don't really know. It was okay though I stayed up with the group and everything.
PM- just 20 and it killed me. We were going like 8:45 pace and I was dying! Not a good thing. I might only do like 2 or 3 laps tomorrow to ease myself back into running I guess
